A very agressive and arrogent man, General Howzer's pride, will, and nerve are unbreakable.
Of all of the foes General Howzer fought, none were as awe inspireing or as powerful as "The White Kaiju". After destroying multiple cities in brawls with other monsters, resisting capture, and making a all around nusence of it's self; General Howzer decied that enough was enough. He then created the "Masada" a government organization devoted to the desrtuction of all Kaiju. Through all of his encounters with Kaiju, he came to understand that the only way to defeat them is by gaining a strength equil to their level. Thus, he commishined a fighting machine capeable of fighting even the mightiest of monsters.
And The Gilgamesh was born.
A massive tactical Mecha capeable of going toe to toe with Osseous and her alies, and General Howzer would be it's pilot.
General Howzer is a very proud man; even to the point where once his honor is lost, he will stop at nothing to regain it, even if it threatens his life. He is also proud of his herratage. A natural patriot, he'll fight to the bitter end to defend his country and everything in it.
Of corse, his massive ego may sometimes get in the way. Especially in a battle against Osseous (Rebecca) who has an equily large ego.
