Quinn's base of opperations is the CEO's office in the city's tallest office building. The office is littered with dozens of swords from all over the world. His only desire is to aquire as may allys as possible in order to reasearch and hopefuly uncover the mystery of the rift. As whom ever manages to find him would come to find out, Quinn has a single request. He only wishes to test his opponent to see if they are worthy of helping him stop what ever possible catastrophy may come.
Quinn focuses his mind. His body, as well as the may swords that cover the walls are lifted from their resting place. The swords levitate ominously around him, a smile graces his lips. The true test has begun.

Shades of Grace (Lifts the opponent with his psychic powers and throws them)

Razorbliss (The swords spin around him like a tornado, cutting anything that comes close)

Pin Cushion (Swords Stab out in front of Quinn)

Final Breath (Swords lash out in front of Quinn in ascending order)

Last Battalion (Swords Swing wildly around him for three seconds) [Charge Effect: Swords swing wildly around the entire screen for five seconds extra]

Artist's Note: Quinn will become a normal character in the next game, what actually makes him a nasty boss is the fact that it's difficult to get close to him. Couple in the cheap-factor that he starts out in his sprit form (rather than having to charge up a sprit form meter) and stays in his sprit form for the entire battle (Rather than only transforming for thirty seconds at a time) and you have a average ultra-frustrating boss.
